Ralph Pöttinger, LL.M. (NUS)

Ralph Pöttinger studied economics and law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, University of Vienna, both Austria, Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina, National University of Singapore and East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai, China.

During his studies he worked as a ski, snowboard and cross-country ski instructor for the Ski School Lech am Arlberg, Austria, and as a trained, certified and licensed communication and rhetoric trainer, as well as a Trainer and Coach of NLP™, he gained many years of experience in providing advice and support to his clients. As a result, his professional career was shaped by the investment bank William Blair & Company in London, UK, where he was a Mid-market M&A Analyst. He subsequently acquired in-depth knowledge in client-oriented legal structuring at Barnert Egermann Illigasch Rechtsanwälte in Vienna, Austria.

Since 2014, Ralph Pöttinger has developed various models of corporate value enhancement, which he subsequently also implemented at Alpine Value Management® with a focus on strategic corporate management under the sign of value enhancement, digitalization and new business models as well as expansion and internationalization. In 2016, his passion for the business world and its complex problems inspired him to join the Alpine Equity® team as an investment and portfolio management analyst. In his free time, Ralph Pöttinger enjoys mountain sports, the philosophy of the Enlightenment and Stanley Kubrick films.
