Alpine Equity acts as an early and late stage investor through various fund vehicles. The geographical focus of the investment activity is the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Both minority and majority investments are possible. The average holding period is three to eight years. However, due to the fund structure as an evergreen, a longer holding period or even a „buy & hold“ is possible. The opportunistic investment style allows for sector-indifferent action and is flexible with regard to the financial instruments used. We are happy to syndicate with other investors.
